Pay Schedule

• Payment for your month of teaching is paid on the 15th of the following month.
• $12 added for transfer fee based on calculation of average wire transfer fee
• No transfer fee for payment made using the ACH number
• You are paid 100% of your base pay for classes with the following Finish Types:
• AS SCHEDULED
• SYSTEM PROBLEM
• STUDENT NO SHOW (for Major Course)
• STUDENT IT PROBLEM (for Major Course)
• You are paid 50% of your base pay for  classes with the following Finish Types:
• STUDENT NO SHOW (trial class)
• STUDENT IT PROBLEM (trial class)
• You are NOT PAID for classes with the following Finish Types:
• TEACHER NO SHOW
• TEACHER NO SHOW_2H (which means you canceled your classes within 2 hours of the class)
• TEACHER CANCELLATION
• TEACHER CANCELLATION_24H (which means you canceled your class within 24 hours of the classes but outside of 2 hours
• TEACHER IT PROBLEM
• You make $1 more per class as a Participation Incentive.
• You make $1 more for every class you teach that ends up with a Finish Type of the following:
• AS SCHEDULED, STUDENT NO SHOW, STUDENT IT PROBLEM, and SYSTEM PROBLEM
• Beware of having your Participation Incentive Docked!
• For each class cancelled between 24 and 2 hours (Cancellation_24h), $2 per class is taken from participation incentive - 
• For each no-show, or class cancelled with 2 hours prior notice (Teacher No Show_2h), $10 per class is taken from participation incentive
• You can make even MORE money per class with the Finished Classes Incentive
• If 30-44 classes are finished as scheduled/student no show/ student IT problem/system problem, $.50 incentive is earned for each finished class
• If 45 or more classes are finished as scheduled/student no show/student IT problem/system problem, $1 incentive is earned for each finished class

How much will my monthly pay be?

Class Pay = Minimum payment x Class Pay Rate (+ 2 If it was a Short Notice booking)

Monthly Pay = Total Class Pay + Monthly incentive
